Dry Deck Fountain at Cosmonauts Square, Vinnytsia – The Flight of Water and LightIn 2017,Skyform Studiobrought to life aunique dry deck fountainin Vinnytsia, symbolizingmotion, energy, and the conquest of the skies. At the heart of the fountain stands areal airplane, seemingly taking off into the infinite sky. The aircraft is dynamically positioned on an elegant aerodynamic trail, enhancing the illusion of ascent. Combined with the fountain’s water choreography and light effects, this installation has become themain point of attractionin the square.
Water, Air and MotionThe12 × 10-meterfountain consists of16 foam nozzlescontrolled byhigh-speed valves, allowing for the creation ofdynamic water formationsreminiscent of air turbulence lifting the airplane. Water jets, reaching up to2 meters high, change intensity and shape, simulatingair currents and cloud-like movements, as if the plane is breaking through the atmosphere.
Illuminating the SkyAs night falls, the fountain transforms into a mesmerizing spectacle:32 RGB underwater lightsilluminate the water jets, creating the illusion of aglowing aerodynamic trail. The lightingpulses, shimmers, and transitions dynamically, amplifying the sensation offlight and movement. The synchronized interplay of light and water designs an ever-changing visual experience, making each sequence unique.
